Do good with Brewgooder

220 words approx. 1 minute to read.

I founded Brewgooder on World Water Day in early 2016. The mission was simple, to make a craft beer people love to drink, which tackles water poverty at the same time.

We give 100% of our profits to clean water charities in the developing world.

Our Clean Water Lager is brewed by BrewDog (at zero margin) and we’re backed by over 1,000 ordinary craft beer drinkers who believe in our mission. Co-op believes in us too, which is why we’re now stocked in 90 Co-ops nationwide.

Co-op and tackling water poverty

It’s particularly great to be stocked by Co-op because they too help tackle water poverty.

Co-op Fairbourne Springs water was the first own-brand water to donate to a charity, now every time you buy Co-op water (flavoured too) Co-op donates 3p to One Foundation to address water poverty and sanitation in the world’s poorest countries. What’s more, if you buy any other branded water in Co-op, they’ll still donate 1p to the Global Investment Fund for Water, and they’re the first UK grocer to do so.

Join us on our mission

Brewgooder’s journey is just starting, but already we’ve helped bring clean water to over 33,000 people in Malawi. We won’t stop until we help 1 million people gain access to clean water.

Will you join us, for a drink?

  4. Having drunk enough Argentinian Fairtrade wine to build a school, I’m looking forward to helping end water poverty! Is there a link to the stores where this will be sold? The Brewgooder website only has another supermarket in the North West!!
