To celebrate the launch of Worthy Farm Reserve Cheddar across Co-op stores, we’ve rounded up our easiest, cheesiest recipes.

Glastonbury Festival may be cancelled this year (sigh), but you can still get your hands on a piece of the festival. Co-op is launching an exclusive Cheddar made from the milk produced on Worthy Farm, the home of Glastonbury Festival.

This unique and delicious cheese will be available in Co-op stores from 17 February, so to whet your appetite, here’s a round-up of our very best recipes with cheese. Prepare for plenty of comforting ideas with goat’s cheese, halloumi, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese and, of course, Cheddar. Enjoy!

10 best easy, cheesy recipes

4. Halloumi curry

If you’ve never tried halloumi in a curry before, you’re missing a trick. Its fantastically salty flavour seasons the coconut curry sauce in this easy recipe. Give it a try!

5. Ultimate garlic bread

Have you ever seen a sight so beautiful?  This gloriously crisp loaf is stuffed with mozzarella, garlic butter and parsley, then sprinkled with parmesan to achieve that golden, crunchy topping. Tear and share with loved ones for a guaranteed good time.

6. Macaroni cheese

Macaroni cheese makes a reliable recipe when your fridge is looking a little bare but you’re in need of a fill-me-up dinner. It’s a brilliant budget option, too: a basic mac ‘n’ cheese recipe requires little more than pasta, cheese, milk and flour. We’ve added leeks and juicy tomatoes to our version for extra colour and flavour, but feel free to tweak as you please.

Not what you’re after? We have plenty more macaroni cheese recipes to choose from.

7. Cheese & veg pasties
