Frozen foods product developer Emily Radcliffe shares her favourite frozen products and recipes to keep cool with during the warmer months, from Co-op rainbow uni-cones to vegan ice cream and a showstopping gateau.

It’s not truly summer until I’ve had my first ice cream. And now we’re in July and the sun’s been shining for at least a month, I can confidently say I’ve eaten my share of the tasty stuff.

My top 4 ice creams

The vegan one
