It’s the most wonderful time of the year because… Christmas sandwiches are back on the shelves of your local Co-op. Product developer of food to go and hot food at Co-op, Emily Radcliffe unveils the festive range available instore from 3 November.

Hands up if you’ve missed our Boxing Day Lunch Sandwich! I certainly have, along with the other Christmas sandwiches that have now made a comeback. It wouldn’t be Christmas without our fun festive sarnies.

Your old favourites are back

The Co-op sandwich shelves see the return of Co-op Turkey Feast Sandwich, Co-op Irresistible Posh Prawn Cocktail Sandwich, Co-op Pigs Under Blankets Sandwich, Co-op Brie & Cranberry Sandwich and Co-op Boxing Day Lunch Sandwich, because we know they’re all customer favourites.

The ‘must-try’ meat-free option

Back by popular demand is the Co-op Gro Turk’y Feast Sandwich. This is a fantastic meat-free option complete with vegan bread sauce and festive vegetables.

Looking for a gluten-free lunch?

Our Free From Turkey Feast Wrap is a classic combination of turkey, stuffing and cranberry, packed into a gluten-free wrap.

A charitable donation with every sandwich

Did you know that each time you buy a Co-op sandwich, some of the proceeds will go to our charity partnership? This year, we’re donating £50,000 from the sale of Christmas sandwiches to our charity partners Mind, Scottish Association for Mental Health and Inspire to support mental wellbeing. In fact, every time members buy selected Co-op branded products, 2p in every £1 goes to the Community Partnerships Fund. It’s simple to become a member – click here to sign up now.
